- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday November 14, 2023 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting October 10, 2023. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) November 2023. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2023-2024 Budget 4. Utah NAHRO Conference April 25-26 5. CAP Funds for new piping at DSM 6. Approval Christmas Bonus's 7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 8. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
