- Agenda Emery County Special Service District #1 Box Room @ 10:00 a.m. October 9, 2023 Approval of August 14, 2023, meeting minutes. Ratify action by Chairman Bevan Wilson, Sec. Jan Olsen during September 2023. (meeting canceled) Jurassic Monument private property right of way acquisition, Emma Weber. Johansen and Tuttle Engineering report on current projects: Jurassic National Monument Access Road Lone Tree Bridge Project Cottonwood Canyon Road 2023 Project Bridge inventory report by J & T EWP 4 projects. Discussion on 2024 projects Consideration on funding request EC Road Dept. Justin Truman Green River 9-mile wash dip project. Other Discuss/Approve any change orders generated from work on current projects. Board Member reports and any other business that may come before the Board. Approval of payment of bills, financial reports, and distribution of Mineral Lease funds. Payment of Bills presented by Jan Olsen: Approval of the Distribution of mineral lease revenue: For August 2023, in the gross amount of $79,271.68 less the Carbon shift of $5,023.00 for a net amount of $74,248.68, to be distributed as follows: After EEMSSD's 5% of $3,712.43, the remaining amount for distribution to the following Districts is $70,536.25 ECSSD#1 - 47% $33,152.04 CVSSD - 16% $11,285.80 Fire SSD - 16% $11,285.80 Rec SSD - 16% $11,285.80 North Emery Water Users - 5% $ 3,526.81 Adjourn. The next meeting will be held on November 13, 2023
