Vehicle leasing opportunity through Unified Fleet Services review - Chris Helvey 5. Status for installing of security cameras at strategic city locations - Mike Taylor 6. Capital expense plan discussion - Mike Taylor 7. Phase II & III water line replacement projects - On hold, but keep on agenda for future review 8. Other Items of possible discussion 9.
