- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 9th day of November 2023 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of officers - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery and Gun Range Council Member Tanesha Conder - Town Park Council Member Morgan Roberts - Buildings Council Member Eric Wells - Water and Sewer Clerk - Lisa Wells Planning Commission report Tabled Business: NONE New Business: Consideration for and adoption of a Parameter Resolution authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $700,000 in Wastewater Revenue Bonds of Hanksville Town, Wayne County, Utah and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project. Rate increase for wastewater to all customers Public Comment: Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 7th day of November 2023 Clerk, Lisa J.
