- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold a Regular Meeting in CONFERENCE ROOM 421 AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 11:00 A.M. on TUESDAY OCTOBER 24, 2023 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: October 12, 2023 3. Review of Applications for 2024 RAP Funds ART Provides City Of St. George Arts Commisson Encore Performing Arts Exchange Club Film and Media Alliance of Southern Utah HAM Productions Harry Bertoia Foundation Lawmen Muddy River Gang Lieto Voices Red Rock Music Association St. George Children's Museum Silver Reef Foundation So U Comedy Theater Southern Utah Art Guild Southern Utah Heritage Choir 4.
