- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 17th day of October at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Fawcett - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 3, 2023 2. Business - Cache Valley Bank - Municipal Building and Community Center Project Loan Proposal - Deputy Clerk Holly Jones - Cemetery Software - Water Operator Bryan Goodsell - SCADA System Update 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Management - Jordan Oliver 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - November 7, 2023 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
