- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold a Regular Meeting in CONFERENCE ROOM 421 AT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 11:30 A.M. on TUESDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2023 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: October 24, 2023 3. Discussion on requests to present at future board meetings 4. Consideration of presentation from Bob Fox regarding Red Rock Music Association Blues Festival 5. Review of Applications for 2024 RAP funds St. George Jazz St. George Chamber Singers St. George Dance Company St. George Musical Theather Stage Door STG Interfaith Chior Southwest Symphony Orchestra Washington County Concert Band Washington County Historical Society Western Sky Z Arts Zion Canyon Mesa Zion Canyon Theater Zion Youth Symphony 6.
