Site Plan Review for Kidz Town Daycare (Child care) at the Corner of Lynne Drive (near 2300 North) and Highway 89 - Parcel # 172170006 (Planning & Zoning Administrator, Brandon Bell) 6:35 P.M. 3. Legislative Items a. Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) - RE-20 zone to R-1 zone at approximately 3885 North and Highway 89 i. Consider a recommendation to City Council to rezone property from the RE-20 zone to the R-1 zone at approximately 3885 North and Highway 89 - including Parcel #'s 194030001, 194030002, 194030003 (Planning and Zoning Administrator, Brandon Bell) ii. Public Hearing b. Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) - MCM zone to CP-3 zone at 1584 West 2700 North i. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a meeting at the City Office Building, 520 W Elberta Dr. on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Notice posted May 2nd, 2023 - Brandon Bell, Planning & Zoning Administrator.
