Meeting Minutes Approval - Consideration for approval of the April 21, 2022, August 4, 2022, September 15, 2022, December 1, 2022, January 5, 2023, and March 2, 2023 meeting minutes. 6:10 P.M. 3. Administrative Items a. Peak View Lot 2 - Site Plan Approval & Amendment of Peak View Lots 3 & 4 Landscaping Plan - at approximately 400 W and 2700 North 6:40 P.M 4. Land Use Training - Wilf Sommerkorn, Deputy Executive Director, Utah Land Use Institute, Legislative Chair, APA Utah, former Planning Director, Salt Lake County. 8:00 P.M 5. Remarks from Commissioners and/or Staff 8:05 P.M. 6. Adjournment. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a meeting at the City Office Building, 520 W Elberta Dr. on Thursday, August 3, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Notice posted July 31st, 2023 - Brandon Bell, Planning & Zoning Administrator. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should call the Pleasant View City Offices at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
