Meeting Minutes Approval - Consideration for approval of meeting minutes for the October 20, 2022, February 2023, and April 20, 2023 meetings. 6:10 P.M. 3. Administrative Items a. Consideration for approval of a Site Plan Amendment - at 1590 West 2775 North (Final Two Subdivision, Lot 1) (to add an additional building on property as part of site plan) 8:00 P.M 5. Remarks from Commissioners and/or Staff 8:05 P.M. 6. Adjournment. Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a meeting at the City Office Building, 520 W Elberta Dr. on Thursday, September 7th, 2023, at 6:00 PM. Notice posted on August 31st, 2023 - Brandon Bell, Planning & Zoning Administrator. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for this meeting should call the Pleasant View City Offices at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
