- 1. Review minutes from the August 3, 2023, board meeting. 2. Review and approve financial reports. 3. Consider and accept the tentative budget for FY 2024. 4. Set Public Hearing on December 5, 2023, at 6:00 pm for the discussion on the FY 2024 budget. 5. Discussion on past due fees and grace period section 3.3.3 of Rules and Regulations. 6. Discussion on payment options with cost and water bill increase. 7. Meeting calendar for 2024 with motion to accept. 8. Date and time for Canvassers on the final election of the two seats open for CID. This is scheduled for December 5, 2023, which is a Tuesday at 6:00 pm. 9. Adjourn
