- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw If you wish to participate in the public hearing, you may provide your comment in person. You may also email your comments to recorder@northlogancity.org by noon on December 14th, and your comments will be read by the Mayor during the public hearing. The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Business including: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous City Council meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings * Review of Action Items * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member Current Action Items 2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on the Hyde Park Cemetery Maintenance District (HPCMD) adjusting their boundaries to exclude all North Logan City Parcels from the HPCMD's District Boundaries and taxing authority. 3. 6:55pm Public Hearing regarding a request to vacate a 10-foot public utility easement (PUE) located along the south side property line of Lot 4 of Ridge View Estates Subdivision (2685 Ridge View Drive). Once the Public Hearing has taken place the City Council may consider the vacation of the aforementioned PUE. 4. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign a Cooperative agreement regarding signalized intersections along Highway 91. 5. Consideration of an ordinance amending North Logan City Code, Title 11-604 Winter Street Maintenance-Overnight Parking Prohibited. 6. Consider approval of a recommended bid for the construction of a Pumpkin Walk Shed at Elk Ridge Park using RAPZ funds. 7. Consider approval of a proposed City Council meeting schedule for calendar year 2023. 8. Consider authorizing the signing of an updated use agreement for the Hansen Family Sports Complex. City Council Work Session Items 9. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 10. Updates on Civic Center. 11. Reports from city officers, boards, and committees.
