- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 EAST CENTER STREET, PROVO, UTAH October 25, 2023 - 2:00 pm *When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.* *The public may participate electronically by joining via Zoom at the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84984571341 or calling (346) 248-7799 or (669) 900-6833, Meeting ID: .849 8457 1341 Comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Board. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 30, 2022 MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY PUBLIC MEETING. 2. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF FORM 8038-CP: RETURN FOR CREDIT PAYMENTS TO ISSUERS OF QUALIFIED BONDS (WELLS FARGO BANK). 3. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF FORM 8038-CP: RETURN FOR CREDIT PAYMENTS TO ISSUERS OF QUALIFIED BONDS (COMPUTERSHARE TRUST COMPANY). 4. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZED SIGNERS FOR COMPUTERSHARE CORPORATE TRUST. 5. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A MASTER SECURITY PROCEDURE AGREEMENT WITH COMPUTERSHARE CORPORATE TRUST. 6. SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE 2024 BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH, FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2023, AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 100 EAST CENTER STREET, ROOM 1400, PROVO, UTAH. 7. ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND TENTATIVELY ADOPTING THE 2024 TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH.
