- The North Logan Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2023 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan Library, 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will also be made available through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Commission Business: 1. Recognition and appreciation of Commissioner Dwight Whittaker's service on the Planning Commission. Commission Work Session: 2. ZTA-2022-03: Work session discussion regarding a city-initiated text amendment to modify zoning allowances for 'Small Multi-Unit Storage' and 'Large Warehouse-Type Storage' facilities as permitted or conditionally-permitted uses in certain zones. 3. ZTA-2023-01: Work session discussion regarding potential adjustments to the city's Design Review process for city-center, commercial, institutional, and industrial developments. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion. * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion. * Set Next Agenda (2/2/2023) and/or Adjourn.
