- NOTICE & AGENDA - Amended Thursday, February 16, 2023 4:30 PM Work Session / 6:30 PM Board Meeting The public may attend the meetings in person or via Zoom. The Board of Trustees will accept citizen comments at the designated time via Zoom, email, or in person. Citizen comments emailed should be sent to the District Clerk (mrogers@northdavisfire.org) no later than 1:00 PM on the day of the meeting. The email subject line must state 'Citizen Comment - 2/16/2023 Board of Trustee Meeting' and the email body must include the citizen's first and last name, address, and a brief statement. Board of Trustee Work Session - 4:30 PM If the Work Session is not completed before the scheduled board meeting, the Work Session will continue until all items have been discussed; or be discussed during the scheduled board meeting. 1. North Davis Fire District Planning & Updates 2. Capital Improvement Project Updates Board of Trustee Meeting - 6:30 PM or Immediately Following the Work Session 1. Call to Order 2.
