- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold a Regular Meeting in the 3RD FLOOR TRAINING ROOM, WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST.
