Discussion and Recommendation of a 2024 Grand County Public Library Budget to the Grand County Commission via the Grand County Budget Advisory Board (Action Item) B. Discussion and Recommendation of a Grand County Public Library Fee Schedule to the Grand County Commission for Approval (Action Item) C. Review and Consideration of Approval of a Revised Policy & Protocol Regarding Privacy of Library Records & Seizure of Library Collections D. Discussion of Upcoming Board Vacancies VIII. Adjournment Please Note: The next Library Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 5:30pm. At Grand County Public Library Board meetings the public may be heard on any agenda subject. The number of persons heard and the time allowed each may be limited at the sole discretion of the Chair. Requests for inclusion on an agenda must be received by 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to a regular Library Board Meeting and 48 hours prior to any Special Meeting. Request forms are available at the library's circulation desk and completed forms should be returned to the Library Director.
