- CITY OF SOUTH JORDAN ART'S COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA SOUTH JORDAN CITY HALL - BALSAM CONFERENCE ROOM THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan Art's Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 9, 2023, in person in the City Hall, Balsam Conference Room, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah. Persons with disabilities requesting assistance should contact the City Recorder at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Times listed are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed. Mission: 'Create life-long appreciation for the Arts for the residents of the City of South Jordan.' Vision: 'Provide opportunities for individuals and families to experience the Arts through education, participation, public works of art, and performance.' A. Welcome, Roll Call, and Introduction: By Chair, Laura Gaillard B. Minute Approval: B.1. September and October Minutes C. New Business: C.1. Theater Group meet up C.2. Updates on Dowdle Puzzle and Van C.3. November events; Ornaments, Gingerbread workshop, Gingerbread Contest, Theater and Light the Night Arts activities. C.4. Arts Master Plan updates and Review C.5. December Holiday Party plan for next meeting D. Unfinished Business: D.1. Updated budget from the October meeting ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING STATE OF UTAH ) COUNTY OF SALT LAKE ) I, Anna Crookston, the duly appointed City Recorder of South Jordan City, Utah, certify that the foregoing Arts Council Agenda was emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the geographic jurisdiction of the public body. The agenda was also posted at the principal office of the public body and also posted on the Utah State Public Notice Website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html and on South Jordan City's website at www.sjc.utah.gov.
