Old Business Update from Town Council Update on noncompliant signs including letters to Bluff Dwellings and Desert Rose and update from town attorney about Twin Rocks sign Update on draft RV ordinance and changes to sign regulations in zoning ordinance New Business Land Use Clearance Applications - none Discussion and action on request for sign letter from Cadillac Ranch/Kerri Harris Discussion on requirements for dirt-moving activities within town boundaries Discussion of 2024 meeting dates Items for next agenda Other Requests for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Wednesday preceding a public meeting to planningzoning@townofbluff.org or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Wednesday scheduled meeting.
