The Mayor and Council will meet in the Council Work Room for informal discussion and dinner. No action will be taken on any items. No decisions will be made at this meeting. The public is invited to observe the work session. Public comment is generally not taken during work sessions. CALL TO ORDER COUNCIL BUSINESS 1. DISCUSSION ON THIS EVENING'S REGULAR MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Sorensen b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Miller c) Consent Agenda 1. Approval of the minutes for the September 19, 2023 work meeting and regular meeting 2. Approval of a Resolution and multi-year contract with Peterson Tree Care for power line tree trimming services - Brandon Graham, Power Department Superintendent 3. DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) Discussion regarding the 1600 South Plan - Josh Yost, Community Development Director b) Discussion regarding Memorial Park/Skate Park fence - Stacey Child, Parks and Recreation Director c) Canyon Drive Roundabout follow-up MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ADJOURNMENT CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
