Excuse those not able to attend 3. Approval of November PAR Board minutes 4. Recognize visitors 5. Reminder - This is a board meeting wherein board topics need to be discussed. It is not a public outreach meeting so there is not accommodation for public 'discussion' other than a public comment, unless approved by the conducting authority. 6. Public Comment period (limited to 15 minutes; 3 minutes per person or subject). No action can be taken - Chair Bolen 7. Discussion of PAR Mini Grant Applications - Stacey Child 8. City Department Presentations for PAR Funds - Emily Larsen-Arts, Craig Norman-Golf, Stacey Child-Parks and Recreation ACTION ITEMS - Recommendation to distribute $15,000 (not PAR funds) to the Rivoli Theater - Recommendations for PAR Mini Grants - Recommendations for City Department Requests for PAR Funds
