- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting September 12, 2023, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT or can be attended electronically at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82012093604?pwd=OXIxa1pBWWJLTys4NW1RR3k0c1dRUT09 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor August 8, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. August 22, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting held at 6:30pm. 5. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 08/01/2023 to 08/31/2023 in the amount of ($16,316.85). 6. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register: Dated 8/22/2023 to 9/08/2023 in the amount of $655,299.71. Requisitions: Requisition #83120230738 to Irby for Wire in the Amount of $12,456.80. Discussion/Action on the Following Items: a. Steel Solar Project--Mayor 7. Public Participation Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
