- Public Notice of a Board of Directors' Meeting of Utah Municipal Power Agency Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 52-4-202 of the Open and Public Meeting Law of the State of Utah, contained in Title 52, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Utah Municipal Power Agency ('UMPA'), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby gives notice of the Meeting of the Board of Directors which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the UMPA office, 696 West 100 South, Spanish Fork, Utah 1. Consider the minutes of the September 27, 2023, UMPA Board of Directors meeting. 2. Technical Committee Recommendations 3. UMPA Reserve Funds Report 4. Manager's Report 5. Financial & Statistical Report 6. Disbursements 7. Operations Report 8. Closed Session - Property Acquisition 9. Other Business: 2024 APPA Legislative Rally, February 26-28, 2024, Washington, DC 10. Time & Place of Next Meeting: Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at 5:30 pm at the Salem Community Center, 151 West 300 South, Salem, Utah. 11. Adjournment
