- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD THE REGULAR MEETING ON THE 20TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2023 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCTION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Discussion and/ Approval of minutes from meetings on August 16TH, 2023. / July 19TH, 2023. Work Meeting. 4. Elect Vice Chairman. 5. Discussion and/ or Approval for a Business License/ Conditional Use application for Driggs Mortgage at 233 S 200 E. 6. Discussion and/ or Approval for a Building Permit for Craig Hutsler and Kimberly Karr at 94 S 1ST Ave. 7. Discussion and/ or Approval for a Business License/ Conditional Use application for Burts Appliance Repair LLC. At 31 Hill St. 8. Discussion and/ or Approval for a Business License/ Conditional Use application for Balance Rock Appraisal at 721 N Martin Rd. 9. Discussion on General Plan. 10. Discussion on Short Term Rental Ordinance. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Deputy Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted on this 18TH day of August, 2023 at City Office building 58 South Main Street and the Helper Civic Auditorium at 19 South Main Street. Agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours prior to such meeting.
