- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. 1. Introductions 2. Welcome new Member - David Hurtado, Alternate Member 3. Action Item - Approve Minutes from November 17, 2022 4. TMAC Member Training by Kaehan Shour, Engineering and Matt Griffiths, Legal 5. Safe Action Plan next steps by Rob Hunter, Engineering 6. Adjourn Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call Engineering at 801-852-6740 at least three days before the meeting to make arrangements. Hybrid Meeting Protocol The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee has determined to hold hybrid meetings with an anchor location AND online.
