- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD ITS REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING ON TUESDAY, September 19, AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Reading Of Minutes from Previous Meeting. 4. Approval Of Minutes from Previous Meeting. 5. Constitution Essay Winners read essays to town and council 6. Discussion & vote on Laramy Lyon, Ron Larsen and Riley Hansen sheds. 7. Discussion and Vote on X-Raying Sterling Town Cemetery 8. Discussion and Vote on Sterling Town Cemetery Plot Costs 9. Discussion of Troy Manwill's storage containers on highway 89 that have exceeded the year agreement of promise to remove. 10. Discussion of a scheduled increase of water fees 11. Fraud Risk Assessment Review 12. Review of Policy and Procedures with signature from all council members for ethical procedures agreement. 13. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees 14. Approval of Payments of Bill 15. Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on Jan 13, 2023 are highlighted.
