- 2023 NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2023 I, Jonathan T. Whittaker, Iron County Clerk, hereby give notice of the General Election that will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. General Election Information Ballots will be mailed out to all eligible voters beginning October 31, 2023. Voters must be of legal voting age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the voting precinct in which they are registered. If you have re-registered by the below deadlines, we will mail you a ballot to your new address. Voters can check their registration status and view specific sample ballots online at www.vote.utah.gov, call (435) 477-8340 or email clerk.group@ironcounty.net - If mailed, ballots must have POSTAGE and be CLEARLY POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 20, 2023. - Ballot Drop Boxes will be available at local cities and towns and on Election Day Vote Center locations. Important Dates and Deadlines: Oct 31: Ballots mailed to all eligible registered voters Oct 26: Logic and Accuracy test to be held at 68 S 100 E, Parowan UT at 2:00 p.m. Nov 10: Last day to register to vote by mail, in person, or electronic by 5:00 p.m. Nov 14- 17: Early voting; see early voting locations, dates and times below Nov 14: Last day to request an absentee ballot Nov 20: Mailed ballots must be POSTMARKED Nov 21: Election Day; see Election Day locations, date, and time below Nov 21: Unofficial Election results will be posted after 9:00 p.m. Nov 27: Post Election Audit at 2:00 pm in clerks office Dec 5: Canvass of the Primary Election at 10:00 am Early Voting Location, Dates and Times: - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT o Nov 14 - 17, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Election Day Voting Centers (Polls Open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.): - Iron County Courthouse, 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT - Enoch City Offices, 900 E Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT - Cedar City Office, 10 N Main, Cedar City, UT Ballot Drop Boxes Will Be Available During Regular Business Hours at the Following Locations October 31 - November 21, 2023: - Cedar City Offices -10 N Main, Cedar City, UT - Iron County Courthouse - 68 S 100 E, Parowan, UT - Enoch City Offices - 900 East Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT - Paragonah Town Hall - 44 N 100 E, Paragonah, UT - Kanarraville Town Hall - 40 S Main, Kanarraville, UT - Parowan City Office - 35 E 100 N, Parowan, UT - Brian Head Town Hall - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT - Dixie Power - 71 E Highway 56, Beryl, UT TRACK THE STATUS AND RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS OF YOUR BY MAIL BALLOT WITH ballottrax.utah.gov/voter/
