- ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, October 23, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission 6:00 p.m. A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Appointments A. Jack Reider | Turn around at 270 south II. Business A. 270 south turnaround update B. Current conditional use permit applications C.
