- NOTICE OF MEETING HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Hall Conference Room, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: CALL TO ORDER 1. LANDMARK REHABILITATION Consider a request to modify the exterior of a significant historical building - The Benjamin F. Pendleton Home located at 60 N. 100 West Street. 2. REVIEW RECONNAISSANCE LEVELSURVEY Review the recommendations, identify priorities, and determine the next steps from the Reconnaissance Level Survey. 3. MINUTES Consider approval of the May 9, 2023, meeting minutes. ADJOURN Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St. George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
