Emery County Board of Commissioners Lynn Sitterud Jordan Leonard Keven Jensen AGENDA Discuss/Approve/Deny meeting minutes from the August 29, 2023 LBA Meeting Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority. Discuss/Approve/Deny Change Order #1 from Busk Inc. regarding the Gasification Metal Building Project. Discuss/Approve/Deny amended agreement between Jones and Demille Engineering and Emery County LBA regarding the Huntington Senior Citizen Center Project. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. Adjourn.
