Emery County Board of Commissioners Lynn Sitterud Jordan Leonard Keven Jensen AGENDA Discuss/Approve/Deny meeting minutes from the July 5, 2023 LBA Meeting Approval of any bills to be paid through the Local Building Authority. Approval to award bid for new construction and erection of a pre-engineered metal building as a new gasification facility including HVAC, electrical and other utility services and related work at the San Rafael Energy Research Center (SRERC) to TSJ Construction. Discuss/Approve/Deny contract for pre-construction design assistance between Emery County LBA and TSJ Construction at the SRERC, with the intent to immediately move into Construction phases at the completion of the pre-construction design assistance phase. Any other business which may regularly come before the Board. Adjourn.
