- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 3rd day of October at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor N. Craig Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 19, 2023 2. Business - Alyna Ohling - CAPSA - Domestic Violence Awareness Month Presentation - Resolution 23-08 'A Resolution Cancelling Clarkston Town's 2023 Municipal Election' - Resolution 23-09 'A Resolution Amending the Clarkston Town Master Fee Schedule to Increase the Perpetual Care Fee and Garbage Collection Fees ' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Compression Brake Restriction Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - September Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Management 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 17, 2023 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
