Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, beginning at 6:30 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). 1. Call to Order 2. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 3. Consent Agenda 3.1 Approval of minutes for the meeting of August 23, 2023 4. Public Forum 5. Review Item 5.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Ordinance Text Amendment to Title 12, Subdivision Regulations, and to Title 13, Zoning. Revisions and amendments include revisions to the approval process for subdivision development. Note: The Title 13 Zoning section regarding regulations governing the use of portable storage containers, also known as cargo of shipping containers, will not be included in this public hearing. 6. Commission Reports, Staff Reports, Training 7. Work Session 7.1 Discussion on possible regulations governing the use of portable storage containers (i.e., cargo/shipping containers) 8.
