- Planning Commission Meeting Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 7:00 pm Planning Commission Meeting for the Town of Genola Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The public is invited to attend the meeting. The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item, not on the agenda to the Planning Commissions' attention. Approval of Minutes for August 3, 2023 Attachments: August 3rd draft Public Forum BUSINESS Public Hearing - rezone marcene perry The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by the Marcia Gay Garner Trust Parcel #29.035.0147 located at approximately 350 E Center Street in Genola. Motion to open the public hearing Motion to close the public hearing Discussion and possible action on a proposed rezone with Marcene Perry for property owned by the Marcia Gay Garner Trust Parcel #29.035.0147 located at approximately 350 E Center Street.
