- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. 1. Introductions 2. Action item-Approve minutes from July 20, 2023 3. Update on letter to the Mayor and City Council regarding sections within the BMP to be integrated into the TMP by Geoff McLaughlin, TMAC Vice-Chair 4. Micro-mobility discussion by James Cornaby, Provo Parks & Grounds Superintendent 5. Electric bike & scooter discussion by Sandra Bussio, Provo Parking Manager 6. Road maintenance budget by Gordon Haight, Provo City Engineer 7. Transportation & mobility improvements in Provo by Vern Keeslar, Traffic Manager 8. Adjourn Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call Engineering at 801-852-6740 at least three days before the meeting to make arrangements. Hybrid Meeting Protocol The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee has determined to hold hybrid meetings with an anchor location AND online.
