- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with a regular session on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall, 31 N. Church Street. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items: - A proposed vacation of the public utility easement between Lot 18 Quail Hollow North Plat A (63 East 1340 North) and Lot 47 Hillcrest Acres East Plat B (59 East 1340 North). The vacation of the easement is in anticipation of approval of a subdivision plat adjusting the common boundary lines. Action is scheduled for the regular session where the City Council will take action on the proposed vacation. A copy of the proposed vacation is available at the City Administrative Offices, 51 E.
