- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAP ADVISORY BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington County Recreation, Arts, and Parks (RAP) Disbursement Advisory Board, in St. George, Utah will hold an Regular Meeting in the 3RD FLOOR TRAINING ROOM, WASHINGTON COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 111 EAST TABERNACLE, ST. GEORGE, UTAH, commencing at 12:00 P.M. on TUESDAY, JUNE 13, 2023 Items for discussion MUST be placed on this agenda by 2:00 O'CLOCK P.M. on the WEDNESDAY preceding the meeting date. 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes: January 31, 2023 3. New Member Orientation -Open & Public Meetings Training 4. 2024 Application / Financial Worksheet Review & Update 5.
