MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: REGULAR MEETING PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: PRESENT: EXCUSED: Jason Kuhn & Christijan Draper GUESTS: MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: September 18,2023 NEW BUSINESS: - Scott Wirthlin - Requesting a building permit for a detached garage to be built at his home located at 56 East Ridge Lane. - Rod Alexander - Requesting 2 building permits. One is for an attached awning that will be attached to the garage. The second permit is for an uncovered deck that shall be attached to the dwelling, located at 134 E. Bourbon Street. - Jeremy Barker - Requesting a Business License for The Pinnacle FG, LLC. This business will be taking over what is currently the Vacation Inn. SCHEDULING THE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT
