- BRISTLECONE WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Monday, June 13th, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Bristlecone Water Improvement District ('District') will hold a meeting of its Board of Trustees ('Board') on Monday, June 13th, 2022 at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 55 South Main Street, Panguitch, Utah 84759, scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. 1. ROLL CALL TO DETERMINE QUORUM 2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA 3. ADOPTION OF PAST MINUTES 4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE 5. DISCUSSION ON METER APPLICATION FOR MR. MARTELL AND POSSIBLE ACTION 6. REVIEW STATUS OF PUMP AND TANK UPGRADES WITH BWID ENGINEEERS. DISCUSSION ON POSSIBLE FUNDING TO UPGRADE PIPES TO MEET FIRE FLOW STANDARDS 7. OTHER MATTERS 8. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF THE DISTRICT 9. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, OR OTHER MATTERS AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT 10.
