- BRISTLECONE WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MEETING OF THE BOARD Thursday, October 27th, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Bristlecone Water Improvement District ('District') will hold a special meeting of its Board of Trustees ('Board') on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 55 South Main Street, Panguitch, Utah 84759, scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. 1. ROLL CALL TO DETERMINE QUORUM 2. ADOPTION OF AGENDA 3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 10th, 2022 4. REVIEW AND ADOPT CHANGES TO BWID BYLAWS 5. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE RESOLUTION ON GARFIELD COUNTY CONCURRENCE ORDINANCE 6. DISCUSSION ON CODY DEITER STUDY ON IMPACT AND CONNECTIONS FEES AND POSSIBLE ACTION 7. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE RESOLUTION ON A SIX MONTH MORATORIUM ON NEW APPLICATIONS 8. HIRING AN ATTORNEY FOR BWID 9. BUDGET DISCUSSION 10. UPDATE ON SCADA SYSTEM DAVE AMIN 11. STATUS REPORT ON WELL CAPACITY INFORMATION THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE SCOUT HOLM 12. JOE MARTEL WATER METER APPROVAL 13. APPLICATION AND DEDICATION OF WATER SHARES: 6 Shares or 15.705 Acre feet of water back into Bristlecone Well DIANE JACOB BEDROCK WATER COMPANY 14. DRIEDONKS' WATER, ALTHOUGH THEIR WATER RIGHT IS IN BWID NAME, THE RIGHT IS NOT CURRENTLY IN THE BWID WELL. THIS NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED 15. RENEWAL OF ENTITY OF BWID AT STATE EMAIL FROM JERRY TAYLOR SENT SATURDAY DELINQUENT 2022 FEES AND RENEWAL FOR 2023 16. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMINATE LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, OR OTHER MATTERS AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT 17. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF THE DISTRICT 18.
