- BRISTLECONE WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Wednesday, November 30th, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Bristlecone Water Improvement District ('District') will hold a meeting of its Board of Trustees ('Board') on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022 at the Garfield County Courthouse located at 55 South Main Street, Panguitch, Utah 84759, scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. 1. ROLL CALL TO DETERMINE QUORUM 2. BUDGET 3. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING OF THE BOARD OF THE DISTRICT 4. ADJOURN 5. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, OR OTHER MATTERS AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT Dated this 28th, day of November, 2022 I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING NOTICE AND AGENDA WAS POSTED AT THE BUILDING AT WHERE THE MEETING WILL BE HELD; AND ON THE PUBLIC NOTICE WEBSITE WWW.PMN.UTAH.GOV.
