- Rockville Town Council Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall October 11, 2023 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Town Council will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday the 11th day of October 2023 at 6:00 p.m.in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Hurricane Valley Fire Special Service District - Pam Leach 2. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Tim Arnold, Chair Administrative Action Items 1. Discussion and action on Ordinance No. 23-1011-01 An Ordinance Adopting an Amendment to Chapter 7, Section 7.1.8, Necessity of Plat; Exemption from Plat Requirements to Rockville's Land Use Code. 2. Discussion and action on Ordinance No. 23-1011-02 An Ordinance Adopting an Amendment to Chapter 9, Section 9.2, Signs to Rockville's Land Use Code. 3. Approval of the minutes of the September 13, 2023, Regular Meeting. 4. Approval of expenditures for the month of September 2023. 5. Approval of the September 2023 financial statements.
