- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code Title 29 Zoning, Chapter 29.05 Supplementary and Qualifying Regulations, Section 29.05.270 Accessory Dwelling Units, to amend location, height, and appearance of Detached Accessory Dwelling Units. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. POSTED AND DELIVERED TO THE BOX ELDER NEWS & JOURNAL THIS 27TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2023 FOR PUBLICATION ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2023.
