- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 19th day of September at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember S. Kurek - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held September 5, 2023 2. Business - Ordinance 23-07 'An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code Title 11 Chapter 1 Section 10; Minor Subdivision Definition and Title 10 Chapter 1 Section 6; Structure and Temporary Structure Definitions' - Ordinance 23-08 'An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code Title 7 Chapter 5 Section 9; Cemetery Lot Sales' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Town Hall Update - Waste Management Start Up Date - Signs - Sweeper Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning - Minor Subdivision Ordinance Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Management 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - October 3, 2023 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
