- DEQ Public Fee Hearing - 2025 DEQ Fees The Utah Department of Environmental Quality has completed a draft of the 2025 fiscal year Fee Schedule for the Department. The public comment for the Draft Fee Schedules will commence on August 11, 2023, with notification being published in the Salt Lake Tribune and inclusion in the Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. The comment period will end on September 11, 2023, at 5 pm. A public hearing has been scheduled to receive oral comment on the Draft Fee Schedule on Monday, Sept 11, 2023, at 1 pm. Department of Environmental Quality 195 North 1950 West, Room 1015, Salt Lake City, Utah.
