- Beaver City Agenda BEAVER CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Beaver City Center 30 West 300 North Tuesday, September 26, 2023 Regular Meeting - 3:30 p.m. Opening - Council Member Cox Approval of Minutes for September 12, 2023 Bill Approvals for September 25, 2023 CONFLICT OF INTEREST STATEMENT In God We Trust Resolution Interlocal Agreement Beaver County Economic Development Council August Financial Statement - Treasurer Phelps Planning and Zoning Update Dowdle Puzzle Update PUBLIC COMMENT CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property; and to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY: The undersigned duly appointed recorder for the municipality of Beaver, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda as posted on the Public Meeting Notice Website, and each member of the governing body and posted in the public place of the meeting on the 25th day of September, 2023, 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
