- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 08-23-2023 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Consideration of a Resolution Canceling the 2023 General Election for the Town of Rush Valley 5. Approval to Purchase New Town Flags 6. Approval to Pay Top Hand Trucking for Hauling of Asphalt Millings 7. Approval to Pay McCormick and Sons for Loader Rental for Asphalt Millings 8. Council Reports 9. Safety Topic 10. Payment of Bills 11. Public Comments 12. Adjourn Patty Rowe Rush Valley Town Clerk/Recorder In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Town of Rush Valley will accommodate reasonable requests to assist persons with disabilities to participate in meetings.
