- REGULAR MEETING OF THE SISTER CITIES ADVISORY BOARD DATE JULY 5, 2023 451 S State Street, 3rd Floor Cannon room Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 5:00pm - 7:00pm Sister Cities Advisory Board meetings are held in a hybrid meeting format. Board Members and staff may participate through an online format, and members of the public may join in person at the City & County Building: 451 South State Street, Cannon Room, Third Floor, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Agenda Sister Cities Advisory Board Members In person: Virtual: Absent: 1. Roll Call 3. Approval of the minutes A. Review and Approval of June 7th, 2023, Sister Cities Board Minutes Sister Cities Board members will review the June 7th, 2023 meeting minutes and consider for approval. 4. Briefings by the Staff a. Updates on Sister Cities: i. Chernivtsi, Ukraine ii. Izhevsk, Russia iii. Keelung, Taiwan iv. Matsumoto, Japan v. Torino, Italy vi. Trujillo, Peru b. Events i. Matsumoto Visit 5. Business A. Advisory Committee discussion B. Timing of meetings C. Review primary and secondary city preferences D. Google folder E. New board member process 6. Public Comment 7.
