South Summit Aquatics and Fitness Center (SSAFC) Annual Contract review for use of the Oakley Recreation Complex 6. South Summit Trails - New Lane to Franson Park Trail Extension - Doug Evans 7. Dexter Baker - Oakley Water Proposal 8. RAP Tax - Application Review 9. Regular City Business: a. Approval of the Payables 7-26-2021 thru 8-23- 2021 b. Councilmember Reports c. Recorder/Staff Items - City Dinner By Motion of the Oakley City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah State Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 10.
