- NORTH LOGAN CITY 2023 CERTIFIED MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS I, Scott Bennett, the duly chosen, qualified and acting City Recorder of the City of North Logan, County of Cache, State of Utah, hereby certify that the following is a true, correct copy of the Canvass Report for the September 5, 2023, Municipal Primary Election. This report was reviewed and certified by the Board of Municipal Canvassers for the City of North Logan, Utah on September 18, 2023. CITY COUNCIL At-Large (3 SEATS, 4-YEAR TERM) KENNETH REESE* 835 - Nominated BUZZY MULLAHKHEL* 810 - Nominated BRAD CROOKSTON* 688 - Nominated ROGER T.
